Sri Pritish Kumar, learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2 and 3 placed a letter dated 19.12.2017 written to the Deputy General Manager and Chief Regional Manager, Lucknow Region by the Assistant General Manager (HRM) considering the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2017 forwarded by the learned counsel Sri Pritish Kumar through his letter dated 13.12.2017. After considering the representation of the petitioner, a decision has been taken that the petitioner may be posted at Jharkhand/Lucknow Region. A copy of the letter dated 19.12.2017 has been produced to the Court, which is taken on record.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner requested that he had made a representation for posting at Ranchi in Jharkhand Region.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, we expect and hope that the petitioner shall be posted at Ranchi in Jharkhand Region.

List this case on 03.01.2018.

In the meantime, the respondents shall release the admissible salary to the petitioner.
