Sri Peeyush Kumar Agarwal, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that in compliance of the order dated 03.01.2013, an affidavit has been filed annexing the list of subscribers/employees and contribution made as on 31.12.2012 of Sahara India Group.
Sri Shailendra Srivastava, learned counsel for opposite parties no. 2 to 4 submitted that the list annexed with the affidavit does not disclose the number of P.F. account of the concerned employees and there is also no proof whether the amount mentioned in the list has been transferred to the concerned P.F. accounts. Sri Srivastava further submitted that vide spot memo dated 17.12.2012 certain documents were sought, which still has not been provided.
Learned counsel counsel for the petitioner is granted three weeks time to provide the P.F. account numbers of the employees whose names have been mentioned in the Annexure No. 1 of the affidavit dated 18.01.2013 and will also clarify the position regarding documents required by the opposite parties no. 2 to 4 vide spot memo dated 17.12.2017.
