The petitioner is claiming grant of designation and pay scale of Lecturer/Assistant Professor as has been given to some other similarly and identically situated persons working in the University. He is aggrieved by the letter dated 1.7.2015 of the University by which he has been asked to apply for the said post as and when the advertisement is issued for inviting applications for selection of the same.

This petition was heard by us along with writ petition no. 50303 of 2015 (Manshyam Verma and others Vs. University of Allahabad and others) which has been decided by us by a separate judgment and order passed today. Therefore, the matter involved in this petition stands squarely covered by the aforesaid decision.

Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of in terms and conditions of the judgment and order passed in the above writ petition.
