We have heard Sri Kamlesh Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh holding brief of Sri Rahul Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 to 5 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
While assailing the impugned orders dated 01.06.2017 and 12.05.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the respondents have erred in not extending the extraordinary leave and extending the contract of service.

Notices on behalf of respondent no.1 has been accepted by Office of learned Chief Standing Counsel and Sri Rahul Agarwal has accepted the notices on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 5, therefore notice need not be served again to the aforesaid respondents.
Learned counsel for the respondents is granted six weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
