We have heard Sri Hitesh Pachori, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shiv Kumar Pal, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the respondents.

Sri Pal submits that the facts of this case are identical to the facts involved in Writ-C No.30936 of 2017 (Ajay Agarwal and another vs. Union of India and others), which has been allowed by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents is directed to seek instructions in this matter and apprise the Court about the similarity of the controversy involved in this case.

Put up this case on 22.08.2017 as fresh alongwith record of Writ-C No.30936 of 2017 (Ajay Agarwal and another vs. Union of India and others) showing the name of Sri Shiv Kumar Pal as counsel for the respondents.
