The instant petition is pending since 2000 challenging the proceeding of Criminal Case No.2099 of 1999 (State Vs. Manoj Kumar and others), under sections 498A, 324, 307, 406 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Aminagar, District Baghpat pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat.

The petition cannot be kept pending for indefinite period.

The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
