On 22.8.2016 the following order was passed by this Court which is being reproduced as below:

""It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicants that the opposite party no. 2 is no more alive. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah is directed to hold enquiry as to whether the opposite party no.2 is surviving or not and also whether the prosecution is interested to prosecute the applicants after the death of the complainant Gopal Prasad.

Let the matter be listed after one month along with the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah."

By sheer mistake instead of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah", "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah" has been transcribed and as such the office is directed to send reminder to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah for compliance of the order dated 22.8.2016.
