As a last opportunity, the learned Standing Counsel is granted two months time to file counter affidavit.

The matter is pending since 1997 and in spite of the order of this Court dated 21.05.1997, no counter affidavit has been filed.

It is made clear that if on the next date the counter affidavit is not filed, the District Inspector of Schools, Ghazipur shall be personally present in the Court along with the record.
