Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Judge Court No. 16 Allahabad to consider and decide  C.P. No. 655 of 2011 expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the material on record, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the  Additional District Judge Court No. 16 Allahabad to consider and decide  C.P. No. 655 of 2011, most expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
