Short counter affidavit filed today by opposite party no. 2, be taken on record.

Learned counsel for the parties submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties before the Magistrate and a verification report may kindly be obtained from the concerned magistrate.

Learned counsel for the applicants filed a supplementary affidavit alongwith a copy of the joint affidavit filed by the parties in the trial court, be taken on record

The learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted time till next date of listing for filing joint affidavit of parties, before the court.

The A.C.J.M. Allahabad, is directed to submit the verification report about verification of compromise presented before it by the next date of listing and if any of the applicant nos. 1 & 2, who are alleged to be on interim bail, appears on the date of expiry of interim bail, their interim bail shall not be discontinued till the next date of listing.
