Criminal Misc. Second Bail Application No. 227518 of 2014.

Heard Sri S.V. Singh, learned counsel for the appellant no. 2 - Munna, learned A.G.A for the State, Sri Irfan-U-Huda, learned counsel for the complainant and perused the material placed before us for consideration of Second Bail.

The prayer for first bail was refused by the order dated 23.11.2009, we do not find any new ground, which may compel  us to consider the second bail application.

The arguments of the counsel for the appellants with regard to long incarceration of the appellant of more than eight years also does not appeal to us, in view of the nature of crime and the manner, in which it was executed. We accordingly reject the second bail application.

The paper-books are ready. As the appellant is in jail for more than eight years, the hearing of the above appeal is expedited.

List this appeal for hearing as per its turn before the appropriate Court as an expedited appeal.
