Petitioner contends that though he has not appeared in any of the practical examination in the year 2016, but as per the convention marks awarded in the previous practical examination have been awarded except in civil lab 1st (building material) and computer application.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in such circumstances, as the marks awarded in the previous year have been counted in the present examination also, as such it ought to have been awarded in the remaining two papers also.
This Court is at a loss to understand as to how marks of practical examination awarded in previous examination is being awarded in this exam especially when the student has not appeared in the practical examination itself.
