Learned A.G.A has filed counter affidavits today in Criminal Appeal No. 5597 of 2015 and Criminal Appeal No. 5964 of 2014, which are taken on record.

Learned counsels for the appellant are present and have prayed for consideration of the bail prayer of the appellant.

Sri Ashish Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has sent his illness slip. On 18th October, 2016 also Sri Ashish Pandey had sent his illness slip.  The case is passed over for the day, as a last opportunity on the illness slip of Sri Ashish Pandey, counsel for the complainant.
