It is stated that after the chargesheet has been filed in the matter, parties have entered into settlement and compromise has also been filed before the trial court, which is pending.

The complainant has also moved an application, stating that he does not intend to pursue the matter.

Let a report in this regard called for to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar in case crime no.1419 of 2016 arising out of case crime no.14 of 2016.

List this matter in the week commencing on 19.12.2016 before appropriate Court.

Till the next date of listing, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants in case crime no.1419 of 2016 arising out of case crime no.14 of 2016 under Sections 452, 354(A), 323, 324, 504 and 506 of the IPC, Police Station Khatauli, District-Muzaffarnagar, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar.
