Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA. 

The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.10 of 2016, including the Charge Sheet No.01 dated 15.12.2015 in pursuance to F.I.R dated 23.07.2015 bearing Case Crime No.1465 of 2015 under section 498-A, 504,506 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Chilha District Mirzapur pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1 Mirzapur. Further prayer has been made to stay further proceedings of the aforesaid case.

Matters requires consideration.

Learned AGA has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite party no.1.

Issue notice to opposite party no.2.

The opposite parties may file counter affidavit within four weeks.  Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

Till the next date of listing, the further proceedings of the aforesaid case shall remain stayed, as it is submitted that  the parties are ready to settle their dispute.
