Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly placed co-accused Narendra Singh and Kanhaiya Lal Gupta have been granted interim protection by this Court vide orders dated 02.05.2016 and 03.5.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition Nos. 9151 and 9724 of 2016 respectively. Hence the present petitioner is also entitled for the same relief.

The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, prima facie, appears to be correct.

Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos.1, 2 and 3. He prays for and is allowed six weeks' time to file counter affidavit.

Issue notice to respondent no. 4, who may also file counter affidavit within the same period.

Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List and connect with Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 9151 of 2016 before the appropriate Court.

Till the next date of listing or till the submission of police report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C, whichever is later, the petitioners shall not be arrested pursuant to impugned FIR dated 02.06.2014, registered as case crime no.203 of 2014, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 448 IPC at P.S.-Juhi, District Kanpur Nagar.
