In pursuance of the order of this court dated 4.3.2016 the accused respondent namely Dabloo Singh alias Ram Pratap is present in person before this Court and has been duly identified by his counsel Sri S. Lal, who has filed his memo of appearance on his behalf.

Compliance report dated 2.4.2016 in pursuance to the order dated 4.3.2016 has been received from the C.J.M. concerned through fax in which it has been mentioned that the accused respondent Dabloo Singh alia Ram Pratap has surrendered before the concerned court below and has been released on bail after furnishing personal bond and surety bonds along with undertaking that he will appear before this Court on the date fixed.

Office is directed to start the process of preparing the typed paper book after the receipt of the lower court record.

The accused respondent Dabloo Singh alias Ram Pratap need not appear again in person before this Court unless otherwise directed.
