In pursuance of the order of this court dated 29.3.2016 the accused respondents Nos. 1 and 2 are present in person before this Court and have been duly identified by their counsel Sri Sudhanshu Singh, who has filed his memo of appearance on their behalf.

Compliance report dated 21.4.2016 in pursuance to the order dated 29.3.2016 has been received from the C.J.M. concerned in which it has been mentioned that the accused respondents have surrendered and have been released on bail after furnishing personal bond and surety bonds along with undertaking that they will appear before this Court on the date fixed.
