In pursuance of the order dated 28.3.2016, the accused respondents Nos.1 to 4 have appeared in person before this Court today. They have been identified by their counsel Sri V.K. Agnihotri. Sri Sanjay Mishra has appeared for the informant.

Office has submitted its report dated 2.5.2016 indicating that in pursuance to the order dated 28.3.2016 the accused-respondents had surrendered before the C.J.M., Kanpur Dehat, and were released after furnishing personal bond as well as two sureties alongwith undertaking that they will appear before this Court on the date fixed.

Office report dated 2.5.2016 further indicates that the lower court record has not yet been received.

In view of the above, office is directed to send the reminder to court concerned for sending the lower court record forthwith through Fax as well as Courier Service.

Office is directed to start the process of preparing the typed paper book after receipt of the lower court record.
