In pursuance of the order dated 29.3.2016, Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 have appeared in person before this Court today. They have been identified by their counsel Sri K.K. Dwivedi, who has filed his Vakalatnama on their behalf.

C.J.M., Agra, has submitted his report that opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 had surrendered before the C.J.M., Agra, and were released after they furnished their personal bonds as well as two sureties alongwith undertaking that they will appear before this Court on the date fixed.

Office is directed to start the process of preparing the typed paper book of the matter.
