Let, Rakesh Kapoor, deponent of the affidavit file a better affidavit disclosing all correspondences which may have taken place between U.P.S.I.D.C. and Sri Vidya Charan Singh, Advocate in respect of the Land Acquisition Reference No.18 of 2009, specifically between the period 29.02.2012 till 02.04.2014.

The record reflects that the copy of the order dated 29.02.2012 was applied for on 06.05.2014 which was received on 29.04.2014, yet appeal could be filed only on 12.12.2014 when the authorities were aware that the period for filing of appeal has already expired.

The relevant supporting documents must also be filed for explaining the averments made in paragraph nos. 2 and 3 of the affidavit filed in support of section 5 application.

The affidavit shall be filed positively by 12.05.2016.
