Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Substitution application no. 302220 of 2014 was moved on death of respondent no. 6/1. This application was moved within period limitation. Its notices were sent to proposed LRs and other respondents by registered post which had not received back after lapse of sufficient time. Service of notice is held sufficient. No objection has been filed agianst the said application, which is allowed. Accordingly, necessary amendment be incorporated in memo of appeal.

Another amendment application no. 343501 of 2014 was moved for rectifying clerical error of transcription of name of "Rudh Bihari" and request is made for substituting it as "Audh Bihari". This is a clerical error of transcription which is should be rectified. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed. Necessary amendment be also incorporated in memo of appeal.
