In view of the High Court's Notification dated 09.02.2016 pursuant to the amendment in Section 21 (1) (b) of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Court Act, 1887, amended by the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Amendment) Act, 2015 (U.P. Act No. 14 of 2015), this appeal is cognizable by District Judge or by Additional District Judge to whom the matter is assigned.

2. Let record of this appeal be transmitted to District Judge having jurisdiction in the matter.
