Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A for the State are present.
Compliance report has been submitted by the State, from that it can be inferred that Pappu Pal has not been arrested although the I.O did try for that.
It is submitted by learned A.G.A that a contact number provided by the petitioner from which Pappu Pal called upon the petitioner. C.D.R of that has also been obtained.
In the circumstances the Investigating Officer of this case is directed to take further recourse for recovering the corpus and further compliance report be submitted by the Investigating Officer on the next date of listing
In case the corpus is not produced then the S.S.P. Allahabad will submit his compliance report / affidavit on the next date of listing.
Copy of the order may be provided to the learned A.G.A for the State for compliance.
