This petition has been filed by corpus through her husband Pragya Ratan Gautam with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus for producing the corpus before this Court, who is in illegal detention of respondents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that corpus is legally wedded wife of Pragya Ratan Gautam and she is illegally detained by her father, and brothers.

The marriage certificate dated 23.10.2015, is produced issued from the Registrar, Hindu Marriages, Sub-District Ghaziabad and also from Arya Samaj Mandir , Tilapta Greater Noida, G.B. Nagar, dated 23.10.2015, but proof regarding the age of the corpus has not been given, in the circumstances, notices be issued to the respondents.

Counter affidavit, if any, may be filed by the opposite party within four weeks.
