Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned A.G.A for the State.

Perused the record as well rejection order.

F.I.R was unnamed in which is it stated that two persons came on the motorbike and looted the jewelry of wife of the complainant and also looted Rs.10,000/-, cash, which were kept in her purse.

It is also stated in the F.I.R that one person was arrested on the spot alongwith country-made pistol namely Kalla and he was handed over to the Police, but he absconded from the custody of the Police. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the accused-applicants that a false case has been lodged. Three cases are being lodged against the accused-applicants. It is also stated by learned counsel for the accused-applicants that after this incident one another report under Section 307 of I.P.C has also been lodged, but the same is not placed on record, so learned counsel for the accused-applicants is directed to file all the relevant papers on the next date of listing.
