Hon'ble Pradeep Kumar Singh Baghel,J.

On 08.04.2016 Sri Abhijeet Mukherji has made a statement that he has received the instruction and the counter affidavit shall be filed within two weeks.

On 09.05.2016, he again made a statement that the counter affidavit is under preparation and he shall serve the same upon the counsel for the petitioner within two weeks.

No one is present for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has not received the counter affidavit yet.

In the interest of justice, two weeks and no more time is granted to file counter affidavit. The counter affidavit shall be taken on record subject to the payment of Rs.1,000/- as cost to the petitioner.

List after expiry of the aforesaid period.

The interim order is extended till the next date of listing.
