For filing of compliance affidavit as directed under earlier order of the Court after spot inspection, Sri Ravindra Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-Development Authority seeks two weeks' further time.
He states that spot inspection has been made and the facts and material collected are being examined for coming to the conclusion as to whether the use of the land allotted has been made for the purpose assigned or not.
We only provide that after examination of the records if it is found that the land has not been put to the use for which it was allotted in favour of respondent nos. 5 and 6, there should not be any slackness on the part of respondent no.1 to take action both against the allottees as well as against the officers of the Development Authority responsible for creating such a situation.
The matter shall be put up again on 11th January, 2017 along with writ petition no. 58121 of 2015 by which date compliance affidavit shall be filed.
Sri Shashi Nanda, learned Senior Advocate is present on behalf of respondent nos. 5 and 6. He seeks two weeks' further time to file counter affidavit.
He may do so by the next date.
