Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner was pursuing B.Ed. Course in Sw. Mahadev Prasad Smarak Mahila Degree College, Husepur, Saurikh, District Kannauj; affiliated with the respondent-Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to complete and declare the result of the petitioner of B.Ed. examination for session 2012-13.

Sri Neeraj Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-University would contend that the record of examination is maintained by the University  for a period of six months, thereafter, it was weeded out, as such, at this belated stage, the facts cannot be verified, however, would contend that the matter shall be examined by the third respondent-Examination Controller, Annual Exam B.Ed. Session 2012-13, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merit of the case, it is provided that the third respondent shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within three months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the representation, subject to availability of the record of the concerned examination.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.

No cost.
