Case called out in the revised list. No-one has appeared on behalf of the applicants to press this application.

This application pertains to the year 2000. It cannot be allowed to swing years together at the dint of an interim order which was granted by another Bench of this Court on 5.6.2000. This case was earlier restored as it had been dismissed for want for prosecution on 3.1.2013. It appears that the applicants have lost their interest in pursuing the matter. There is no justifiable ground to keep the restoration application pending for indefinite period. The application is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.

Office is directed to communicate this order to the court below within three weeks through Fax.

The court below shall proceed with the matter, expeditiously, in accordance with law.

Order Date :- 5.8.2016
