Case has been called out but none has appeared on behalf of the applicants even in the revised call. Instead there is an illness slip sent by counsel for the applicants. Learned A.G.A. is present.

Perusal of the record shows that in this matter the mediation process has failed long back.

Learned A.G.A. submits that because of the failure of mediation process in this matter, the counsel for the applicants is avoiding his appearance just to delay the matter.

List in the week commencing 16.05.2016.

It is observed that the counsel for the applicants must ensure his presence on the next date in the first round, otherwise the Court shall proceed to decide the matter on the basis of record in his absence. The case shall not be adjourned on the ground of absence of applicant's counsel or his illness slip.

It is clarified that the interim order of stay, if there is any, is not being extended.
