A prayer has been made by Shri Jitendra Kumar holding brief of Shri Sanjay Kumar Yadav learned counsel for the applicant that the case be passed over for the day.

From perusal of the order dated 10.7.2015 it transpires that the notice was issued to opposite party nos. 2 and 3. Office report indicates that no steps was taken by the applicant to serve the notice on opposite party nos. 2 and 3.

As a last opportunity the applicant is directed to take fresh steps to serve notice upon opposite party nos. 2 and 3 within three days. In case the applicant fails to take steps, the application shall automatically stand rejected without any reference to the court order.
