Learned counsel for the applicants has filed two applications one for condonation of delay and another for recall application supported by affidavit with a prayer to recall the order dated 4.8.2010 whereby the application under section 482 Cr.P.C. was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Case called out. No one has appeared on behalf of the applicants to press the application to recall the order dated 4.8.2010.

I have been taken through the record.

From the perusal of the record, it emerges out that the applicants have failed  to put forth any justifiable  reason to condone the delay for recalling the order  dated 4.8.2010.

Both the applications have no merit and is accordingly dismissed. 

Office is directed to communicate this order within 15 days to the court concerned to proceed with the case in accordance with law.
