Heard learned counsel for the appellant no.2 Chandrasen Singh @ Guddoo and the learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.
This is a third bail application on behalf of the applicant aforementioned.
The first prayer for bail of the applicant no.2 was rejected vide order dated 25.7.2006. By the same order the Court had granted bail to the appellant no.1 Raj Kishor Singh. The reason for granting bail to Raj Kishor Singh was basically that he is more than 60 years of age. Further reason for rejection of the bail of the present applicant Chandrasen Singh @ Guddoo was that he was a hardened criminal of eastern U.P. and is facing trial in a number of criminal cases.
The second Bail Application no.240483 of 2006 Chandrasen Singh @ Guddoo was rejected vide order dated 19.3.2010 on the ground that the Court did not find any reason to grant bail.
Having considered the submissions advanced and material brought on record, we also do not find any new ground for grant of bail to the applicant Chandrasen Singh @ Guddoo. The third Bail Application No.248991 of 2012 is accordingly rejected.
