Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

The grievance of the petitioners in the matter of necessary mutation in the revenue records said to be pending before the respondent no.4-SDM be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation for ventilating their grievances before respondent no.4 within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. Respondent no.4 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eight weeks thereafter.

All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
