Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner be taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite party no.1 to 3.

Issue notice to the opposite party no. 4 directing to him that he will produce the alleged detenue Saima Arif  before this court on 23.11.2015.

List on 23.11.2015.

It is directed that the husband of the corpus Farhan Anees  shall deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- by way of bank draft drawn in favour of petitioner, Saima Arif within 15 days from today with the office of Senior Registrar of this Court.

In case, the amount is not deposited, the notice shall not be issued and the same shall be issued only when the said amount is deposited in compliance of this order within 15 days.
