This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 29.3.2012 as well as  entire proceedings of Case No. 153 of 2012 (State vs. Izraile and others)  arising out of Case Crime No. 227 of 2012 under Section 3/5A/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Bhawarkol, District Ghazipur pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Mohammandabad, District Ghazipur.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the averments made in the present application, the Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent and discretionary power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the charge sheet at this stage.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
