Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Ashwani Mishra, appears on behalf of O.P. No.2, and learned A.G.A.

The present Section 482 Cr.P.C. application is filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 11261 of 2014, Smt. Kritika Nagaich Vs. Arun Kumar Kaushik & others, in case crime no. 150 of 2014, under Sections 323, 406, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Mahila Thana, District Aligarh, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate Court No.4, District Aligarh.

Learned counsels for the parties state that if given a fair chance there is strong likelihood the matter be amicably settled. Let the matter be preferred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court where this matter will come up on 18.8.2015. The applicants shall deposit a sum of Rs. 15,000/- by way of demand draft/pay order payable at Aligarh in the name of opposite party no.2 within a period of two weeks from today before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and that only upon furnishing proof of said deposit, office shall issue certified copy of this order. The said amount shall be handed over to opposite party no.2 on the date fixed before the Centre.

In the meantime, the parties if so desire may also exchange affidavits.

List in the week commencing 2.11.2015, before the appropriate Court.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 11261 of 2014, Smt. Kritika Nagaich Vs. Arun Kumar Kaushik & others, in case crime no. 150 of 2014, under Sections 323, 406, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Mahila Thana, District Aligarh, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate Court No.4, District Aligarh shall remained stayed in respect of applicants only.
