Roles and Responsibilities
This role involves assisting in due diligence and supporting transaction and compliance processes.
The intern will carry out legal research across corporate and transactional matters. An interest in deals and regulatory work is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
We’re looking for 4th-5th year LL.B. students with a keen interest in transactional work.
