The present petition was filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., which was allowed to be converted into revision vide order dated 18.10.2011 and subsequently it has been assigned as Criminal Revision No. 4658 of 2011.

In the instant case, an application under Section 227 Cr.P.C. was moved, which was rejected and the learned court below was pleased to direct for framing the charge against the accused persons namely Sanjay Lodhi, Anand Lodhi and Vikas Rajpoot, under Sections 308, 325, 336, 452, 504, 506, 323 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) 10 of SC/ST Act.

By speaking and reasoned order dated 2.9.2011 an application under Section 227 Cr.P.C. was rejected and the prayer for discharge was refused and a direction was issued for framing of the charge against the accused persons. The order has been passed by the learned court below on merits. No illegality or impropriety has been committed by the learned court below in passing the impugned order. The revision is devoid of merit and deserves to be rejected.

The revision is accordingly dismissed.

Let a copy of this order be transmitted to the court below for compliance.
