1. Heard Sri Gaurav Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Apul Mishra, learned counsel for the revisionists.
2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 24.12.1992 passed by the Sessions Judge, Lalitpur in Criminal Appeal No. 4 of 1992, Ashok Kumar Vs. State, under Section 323 I.P.C., Police Station machhrauti, District Lalitpur, dismissing the appeal preferred against the order dated 16.12.1991 passed by CJM, Lalitpur in Criminal Case No. 1894 of 1990, whereby the revisionists have been acquitted under Sections 324, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C. and convicted under Section 323 I.P.C.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference and none could be shown by learned counsel for the revisionist.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
