1. Called in revised. None appeared on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision. Sri Pratap Narain Gangwar, learned counsel for the opposite party is present. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.

2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 5.1.1993 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Bareilly in Case No. 877 of 1991, Smt. Heera Kali @ Sukhdei Vs. Satyapal under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Hafizganj, District Bareilly, whereby maintenance of Rs. 400/- per month has been granted to opposite party no.2.

3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.

4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
