This petition has been filed by the petitioner Vijai Pal Singh with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation and to arrest of the accused persons and make the recovery of the alleged kidnapped girl.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case he is having any grievance the same may be raised before S.P. Sitapur who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case, in the case alleged kidnapped girl has not been recovered, the same shall be recovered expeditiously without any fail.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
