This petition has been filed by the petitioner Manna Devi with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned  to arrest the accused persons named in the FIR bearing case crime No. 2089 of 2014 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 506 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Bahraich.

From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case he is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.P. Bahraich who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case so that injustice may not be done with the petitioner.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
