This application has been filed with a prayer that some more time may be granted to the petitioner for appearance before the court concerned in pursuance of the order dated 08.08.2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case the petitioner appears before the court concerned on or before 20.09.2014 the benefit of the order dated 08.08.2014 shall be extended to the petitioner.
