Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner who is engaged in business of selling, storage and handling of petroleum products. He submitted the bills for payment but the same has not been paid to the petitioner with the reason that funds are not available insptie of verification of the bills. Being aggrieved thereof instant writ petition has been filed.
This Court while entertaining the writ petition on 18.10.2008 by an interim order has provided that the respondents shall either pay the entire amount due or shall show cause as to why the payment cannot be made within the same period. But till date neither the payment has been made nor any cause has been shown.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite parties to consider the payment of the petitioner in respect of petroleum products supplied by him time to time to the opposite parties, if there is no legal impediment.
