In pursuance of our order dated 10.3.2014, the order dated 31.5.2014 has been passed.

Sri S.C. Gulati submitted that the order is not a legal order. The contention of Sri S.C. Gulati may be correct.

Since fresh cause of action arisen, we are of the view that the applicant may take an appropriate fresh remedy challenging the order dated 31.5.2014 in accordance to law, which is available to him. No case of recalling or review of our order dated 10.3.2014 is made out. The application is rejected.
