This application has been filed with a prayer to correct/ modify the order dated 24.7.2014.

From the perusal of the order dated 24.7.2014 it reveals that counsel for the petitioner did not appear to press this petition but the order has been passed considering the merits of the case. The order dated 24.7.2014 does not require any modification. Such prayer is refused.
