This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer  to transfer the investigation of case crime nO. 238 of 2014 under sections 376, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Sadarpur, District Sitapur to another police station of district Sitapur or any other independent agency of CBCID.

From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case she is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.P. Sitapur who shall look into the matter considering the fact that in this case a rape has been made. In such circumstance, S.P. Sitapur shall look into the mater personally so that the fair investigation may be ensured. In case any police report has been prepared, the same shall be supervised by him.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
