This petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 14.09.2007 passed by O.P. No. 2 as Annexed to this writ petition.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that petitioner has filed a representation before R.T.P. Devipatan, Gonda for declaring him the owner of the vehicle in dispute.
Considering the same, it is directed that in case the petitioner moves an application for arbitration before the appropriate authority, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
